<br />/ <br /> <br />ae <br />.' <br />- <br /> <br />( <br />, <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />before the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />'Txpansion to an existing mobiZe home park or mobile home subdivision" means <br />the pY'eparation of additional sites by the construction of facilities for <br />sewici'1{J the lots on which the mobile homes ere to be affixed (including <br />the installation of utilities, either final site grading or pouring of <br />concrete pads, or the construction of streets). <br /> <br />"Fl-ood" or "flooding" means a general and temporary condition of p=tial or <br />c~lo/lete inundation of normally ~d Uv,d areas from: <br /> <br />(1) The overflow of inland or tidal waters and/or <br /> <br />(2) The unusual and rapid accur.rulation of runoff of ev.rface waters from <br />any source. <br /> <br />"Flood Boundar>y FZoocoWay Map" means the office map on which the Federal <br />Insu:mnce Administration has delineated both the areas of fl.ood hazard and <br />the fl.oomJay. <br /> <br />"F?ood Ineul'C.:nee Rate Map (FIR H) means the official map on which the Federal <br />Insurance Administration has delineated both the areas of special flood <br />hazards ar>.d the risk premium zor>.es applicable to the corrmmity. <br /> <br />"Flood Insux>aneu Study" means the officiaZ report provided by the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency that inclv.des flood profiles, the FIRM, the <br />Flood Bcnouiary FloodWay Map, and the water surface elevation of the base <br />fl.ood. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />"FloodpFoofing" means any combination of structural and non-strv.atural <br />additions, chOY/{Jes or adjustments to non.recidcntial structures which redL~ce <br />or eliminate fZood damagc to real estate or improved property. <br /> <br />"Flood-related erosion" a condition that exists in cor>.junction "-'ith a fl.ooding <br />event that altere the compoeition of the shoreline or bank of a watercourse. <br />One that increases the possibility of loss due to the erosion of the land <br />area adjacent to the shoreZine or watercourse. <br /> <br />'Tloom'JaY" ~eans the channel of a river or other l,utercourse and the adjacent <br />land =eas that must be resewed in order to discharge the base flood <br />without cumulativeZy increasing the water surfcce elevation more than one <br />(1) foot. The fl.oodWay is delineated on the Flood BOL~ndcu>y FloodWay Map. <br /> <br />"Habitable floor" means any f100r usohle for living purposes, which includes <br />working, sleeping, eating ,or recreation, or combination thereof.
