The San Carlos <br />Irrigation and Drainage District sub~its the following comments on <br />the proposed consolidated power mark~ting plan as reviewed by Western <br />on June 10, 1982 in its Salt Lake Ci~y public information forum. <br /> <br />1, Minimum Scheduling <br /> <br />Minimum schedules are appropriate in .the post 1989 criteria as a <br />continuation of existing criteria. Neverth~less, minimum rates of <br />delivery should not be required in th~ absence of physical limitations <br />on the casp systems. <br /> <br />2. Renewal of Existing All~cations <br /> <br />The existing allocations and marketing of CRSP is derived from a March <br />9, 1962 and a 1978 modification of Fe4eral Marketing criteria.
