HISTORIC USE: <br /> <br />pioneer Union Ditch. The pioneer Union Ditch has <br /> <br />been used for irrigation of lands generally located in por- <br /> <br />tions of Sections 25, 26, 27, 28, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of T. <br /> <br />4 5., R. 69 W. of the 6th P.M., and portions of Section 31 of <br /> <br />T. 4 5., R. 68 W. of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado. <br /> <br />The lands historically irrigable, down to the nearest quarter <br />sections, are shown on the map attached to this application as <br /> <br />Exhibit A. The original Statement of Claim for the Pioneer <br /> <br />union Ditch stated that the total number of acres being or <br /> <br />proposed to be irrigated by the ditch was 1000.
