The total amount of water decreed to the pioneer

Union Ditch is 45.67 c.f.s. for irrigation purposes.

The Hodgson Ditch has been decreed the following

priorities, which were adjudicated in Case No. 6832 in the

District Court in and for Arapahoe County on February 4, 1884:

No.3 (by original construction); 8.25 c.f.s.:
appropriation date June 1, 1861.

No.9 (by first enlargement); 2.07 c.f.s.;
appropriation date May 31, 1862.

The total amount of water decreed to the Hodgson

Ditch is 10.32 c.f.s. for irrigation purposes.
4. HISTORIC USE:

pioneer Union Ditch. The pioneer Union Ditch has

been used for irrigation of lands generally located in por-

tions of Sections 25, 26, 27, 28, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of T.

4 5., R. 69 W. of the 6th P.M., and portions of Section 31 of

T. 4 5., R. 68 W. of the 6th P.M., Jefferson County, Colorado.

The lands historically irrigable, down to the nearest quarter
sections, are shown on the map attached to this application as

Exhibit A. The original Statement of Claim for the Pioneer

union Ditch stated that the total number of acres being or

proposed to be irrigated by the ditch was 1000. A s~ary of
