Sponsoring Agency - Bureau of Reclamation <br /> <br /> <br />Planning procedures used in this study were those of <br /> <br /> <br />the U.S. Water Resources Council titled "principles and <br /> <br /> <br />Standards for Planning Water and Related Land Resources <br /> <br /> <br />which became effective on October 1974. THe upper <br /> <br /> <br />South Platte Steering committee was established to <br /> <br /> <br />assist in :the formulation of the unit and to encourage <br /> <br /> <br />public involvement in the planning process. Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />Water Conservation Board Staff members served on the <br /> <br /> <br />Steering Committee. <br /> <br />b. The Field Draft Feasibility Report was published in <br />October 1974 <br /> <br />c. Obiectives of the StudY <br /> <br />(1) Present are engineering, economic. environmental, <br />and social analysis of alternative water supply <br />plans in the Upper South Platte River Basin for <br />pUblic and governmental agency evaluation. <br />
