Objectives of Studies <br />(1) Present results of investigations made fOllowing <br />project authorization. <br />(2) Confirm and update general plans presented in <br />feasibility reports with desirable modifications. <br />(3) Update physical data and financial and economic <br />analysis based on requirements of the project <br />authorizing act and current Federal pOlicies <br />relating to water resource developments. <br />(4) Presents proposed repayments requirements of all <br />beneficiaries and sets forth proposed contractual <br />arrangements with local sponsoring entity. <br />(5) Evaluates environmental impacts of proposed <br />developments and recommends mitigation measures to <br />remedy adverse impacts. <br /> <br />7.
