<br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />Replacement criteria for on-farm water system improvements were <br />also modified to eliminate tap fees and to provide fo,r pipelines and <br />stock tanks for those who have used canal flows as winter stockwater <br />since 1974-75. Further, the plan was expanded to provide a water source <br />for three rural fire protection districts that have historically used <br />canals as a source of emergency water. Other modificstions include <br />reimbursements from the United States to UVWUA and related assessment <br />reductions for UVWUA members for the expenses of replacing winter stock- <br />water from the expanded domestic system. <br /> <br />0017,,7 <br /> <br />S-7 <br />
