Ample <br /> <br />space has been provided in order that the power transformers may be <br /> <br />brought in and set down on this floor and serviced. The next floor <br /> <br />at elevation 8252 is for the storage of spare parts and supplies. <br /> <br />Immediately below this floor is the motor room at elevation 8211. It <br /> <br />is a most impressive room with the three completely housed 6,000 <br /> <br />horsepower motor~ their e~c~tation equipment ip adjoining cabinets <br /> <br />and a 25-ton crane which serves this and the lower floors.
