The large amounts of flow entering the reservoir would most likely cause erosion in <br />Williams Creek and create significant sediment problems. <br />9. The list of potential permits was looked over and briefly discussed. The CDOW will review <br />this and contact MW with comments. <br />10. The CDOW agreed that the Bureau of Reclamation would be the lead federal permitting <br />agency. <br />11.
