Increasing the height of the dam might be exempt if <br />due to irrigation usage. <br />. Williams Creek- Site would be jurisdictional within the width of the intennittent <br />channel and might be a nation wide pennit. Would need to review Mountain Plover <br />Issues. <br />. Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement- Cultural resources at Swallows, the pictographs and <br />other historical infonnation including the old Arkansas Valley pipeline should be <br />documented. Bald Eagles and Peregrine Falcons.may nest in the cliffs in the west end of <br />the reservoir. There are no endangered fish at this time, the Arkansas Darter is being <br />considered. Flood elevation changes should be documented. If within the structure <br />would be a maintenance project permitted under Nationwide permitting authority. <br />Wetlands in the west would be affected. <br />. Turquoise Enlargement- Wetlands issues would need to be documented, T&E issues <br />including Lynx and the Greenback Trout should be investigated. Other issues are <br />similar to Pueblo Reservoir. <br />. Gravel Lakes- would probably be non-jurisdictional if already pennitted and having a <br />reclamation plan. <br /> <br />2 <br />
