The units proposed are shown generally by the letter "X" <br />in Exhibit D. <br /> <br />National Parks and Conservation Association Recommendation <br />This organization recommended wilderness designation for all of <br />the five roadless areas, The additions proposed are generally shown <br />by the letter "Y" in Exhibit D, <br /> <br />21 <br />
