'Yalues of the Rlonument and surrounding area. <br /> <br />NO\V, TEN,REFORE, BE IT RESOLV:D, that appropriate arrange- <br />ments bee made'! to permit the early construction of the Echo Park <br />and Split Mouptain projects at the sites selected by the Bureau <br />of ReclamatLll1 and to that end the area of the Dinosaur National <br />fuonument be s~ adjusted that the land required for those projects <br />be released ftom any and all restrictions or limitations which <br />would Ptevent'the construction, operation and maintenance of <br />those projects. <br /> <br />BE. IT FU~THER RESOLVED, that copies of this Resolution be <br />transmitted to the members of the Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and <br />New Mexico Co~ressional delegation, Secretary of the Interior, <br />the commissio~ers of Reclamation, the Directors of the National <br />Park Service ~d the Governors Of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and <br />New Mexico asiwell as all members of the Upper States Basin <br />Commission. <br /> <br />By order of the Board of Directors <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Glenn H.
