Metropolitan Water Supply Investigation Proposal Hydrosphere, Inc. Septmber 17, 1993 Page 29 Mulhern MRE, Inc. has been a consultant to the Arapahoe County Utility Advisory Board for the last two years and previously was a member of the Board appointed by Arapahoe County. Mr. Mulhern also sits on the Douglas County Water Authority on behalf of the Inverness Water and Sanitation District. Recently the Douglas County Water Authority requested that Mr. Mulhern be appointed as the Authority's representative to the TSC for this Project. If this team is selected for this Project, his name will be withdrawn. Mr. Mulhern has notified both the Arapahoe County Utility Advisory Board and the Douglas County Water Authority of his potential involvement in this Project as a consultant and neither group has expressed any objection. ECI ECI presently provides consulting services related to water supply and water rights matters to the following clients in the Denver metropolitan area of the South Platte River basin or in areas which may be significantly affected by the outcome of this Project. - City of Boulder - City of Greeley ECI has previously provided consulting services to the following clients in the Denver metropolitan area of the South Plane River basin or in areas which may be significantly affected by the outcome of this Project. - Denver Board of Water Commissioners CONTRACTOR'S PROJECT MANAGEMENT Designation of Project Manager Mr. Lee Rozaklis of Hydrosphere would be the Project Manager for this Project. He will oversee the work of the other Project Team organizations and members and would be the individual with direct communication responsibility to the Project Management Team and TSC. Roles of Personnel Assigned to This Project The individual roles of the personnel assigned to this Project are specified in the Team Organization Section of this Proposal and are illustrated in attached Exhibit A, Project Organization Chart. Narrative Description of Time Availability and Project Organizational Skills The individuals assigned to this Project are available at the levels shown in attached Exhibit B, Preliminary Cost Estimates and Labor Allocation Chart. To the degree that the Project Scoping phase results in changes in the required levels of involvement for any individual, the Team member organizations are committed to accommodating the needs of the Project.
