<br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Metropolitan Water Supply Investigation Proposal <br />Hydrosphere, Inc. <br /> <br />Septmber 17, 1993 <br />Page 61 <br /> <br />Prepare Study Report <br />Purpose <br /> <br />This purpose of this task is to document the findings of the Study. <br /> <br />Methodology and Evaluation Techniques <br /> <br />Draft and final Study report documents and an executive level summery document will <br />be developed relying in large part on individual task memoranda previously developed. <br /> <br />Draft report documents will be distributed to the TSC and Project Management Team for <br />critical review and comments received will be incorporated into the final Study report. The <br />executive summary will be developed following receipt of comments on the draft Study report, <br />and will be reviewed by the Project Management Team. <br /> <br />Linkages With Other Tasks <br /> <br />This task obviously draws upon the results of all other tasks. <br /> <br />Likely Sources of Information To Be Used <br /> <br />All previously developed and gathered infonnation will be use to generate the Project <br />report documents. <br /> <br />Anticipated Problems <br /> <br />Because the Project will be of interest to a wide range of audiences, it will be necessary <br />to present infonnation at several levels and with adequate use of graphical presentation <br />methods. It is therefore anticipated that the report documents will include a brief executive <br />summary, an executive level basic project report, and a series of technical appendices. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br /> <br />The deliverables for this task will include draft and final Study report documents. At <br />this time 25 copies of draft documents and 50 copies of final documents are included in the <br />proposed Project budget. <br /> <br />Cost <br /> <br />The initially estimated budget for this task is $35,000. <br /> <br />Management/TSC Meetings <br />Purpose <br /> <br />The purpose of this task is to provide for a substantial and continuing collaborative <br />infonnation generating and management process involving involved and interested water users <br />and other segments of the public. <br />
