. , Metropolitan Water Supply Investigation Proposal Hydrosphere, Inc. Septmber 17, 1993 Page 61 Prepare Study Report Purpose This purpose of this task is to document the findings of the Study. Methodology and Evaluation Techniques Draft and final Study report documents and an executive level summery document will be developed relying in large part on individual task memoranda previously developed. Draft report documents will be distributed to the TSC and Project Management Team for critical review and comments received will be incorporated into the final Study report. The executive summary will be developed following receipt of comments on the draft Study report, and will be reviewed by the Project Management Team. Linkages With Other Tasks This task obviously draws upon the results of all other tasks. Likely Sources of Information To Be Used All previously developed and gathered infonnation will be use to generate the Project report documents. Anticipated Problems Because the Project will be of interest to a wide range of audiences, it will be necessary to present infonnation at several levels and with adequate use of graphical presentation methods. It is therefore anticipated that the report documents will include a brief executive summary, an executive level basic project report, and a series of technical appendices. Deliverables The deliverables for this task will include draft and final Study report documents. At this time 25 copies of draft documents and 50 copies of final documents are included in the proposed Project budget. Cost The initially estimated budget for this task is $35,000. Management/TSC Meetings Purpose The purpose of this task is to provide for a substantial and continuing collaborative infonnation generating and management process involving involved and interested water users and other segments of the public.
