The most common <br /> <br />:~!g) <br /> <br />approach requires adequate drainage facilities and places <br />broad discretion in a municipal engineer to determine the <br /> <br />adequacy of proposed plans. For example, the Murry, Kentucky, <br /> <br />.ordinance provides: <br /> <br />Storm Drainage Adequate pr9vision .for storm <br />water drainage should be provided ~n accor- <br />dance with standards specified by the City (or <br />County) Engineer. 149 . <br /> <br />More detailed standards are provided in some ordinances. <br /> <br />Appendix E <br /> <br />discusses some of these. <br />
