PAm' 208 - FLOOD CONTROL REGUIATIONS PAONIA DAM AND RE50:RVOIR MUDDY CRE:EK, COLORAOO Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of the act of Congress approved December 22, 1944 (58 Stat. 890; 33 U.S.C. 709), #208. is hereby prescribed to govern the use and operation of Paonia Darn and Res- ervoir, on Muddy Creek, Colorado, for flood control purposes. #208. Paonia Darn and Reservoir, Muddy Creek, Colorado. The Bureau of Reclanntion shall operate or otherwise effect the operation of Paonia Darn and Reservoir in the interest of flood control as follo~s: a. Storage space in Paonia Reservoir betveen elevation 6447.5 and 6373.0 feet shall be kept available for flood control purposes on a sea_ sonal basis in accordance with the Flood Control Operating Plan currently in rorce for that reservoir. The Flood Control Operating Plan in force as of the promulgation of this section is that dated . ?He No. GU-1-13-1. and is on file in the Office of the Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, Washington, D.C., and in the Office of the Commis- sioner of Reclamation, Washington, D.C. Revisions of the plan may be developed from time to tiIne as necessary by the Corps of ":ngineers and the Bureau of Reclamation. Each such revision shall be effective Upon the date specified in the approval thereof by the Chief of P.ngineers and the Commis_ sioner of Reclamation and from that date until replaced shall be the Flood A-I
