Geo- <br /> <br />logical Survey records indicate delivery was made to <br /> <br />Eastdale intake canal during this period as well as many <br /> <br />other days during August and September. <br /> <br />In summary, there is always some unavoidabls regulatory <br /> <br />waste in the Jaroso Mutual Ditch Company's system. It is <br /> <br />proper t0geliver such unavoidable regulatory waste to the <br /> <br /> <br />Eastdale reservoir instead of allowing it to waste bel9w <br /> <br />the ditch company system.
