Map of study reach with all <br />survey points plotted. <br /> <br />Generation of longitudinal profile of bed and water <br />surface and alluvial surfaces and estimation of <br />discharges of inundation for Wagonhound site. <br /> <br />Station description obtained and measurement notes for <br />October 1994 to October 1995 obtained fro Wagonhound <br />site (09306500). <br /> <br />Accomplishments Colorado River Fish Project: Habitat <br />measurements were collected at three flows (345 and 430 cfs <br />in 1996 and 550 cfs in 1997). These data will be compared <br />with current habitat suitability indexes for Colorado <br />squawfish to develop draft flow recommendations for the <br />White River. <br /> <br />The original goal of this study was to collect habitat data <br />at flows of 150, 350 and 550 cfs. The actual data was <br />collected at flows of 345, 430, and 550 cfs. Unfortunately, <br />without the low flow (100 cfs) information there may not be <br />enough variation in habitat parameters to detect significant <br />differences at these measured flows. <br /> <br />VII. Recommendations: One possible way to compensate for the lack <br />of low flow data is to model the 150 cfs flow level. This <br />could be accomplished by using a models like RHABSIM. <br /> <br />VIII.Project Status: All field work is finished and data analysis <br />completed. However, the field work done by USU was delayed <br />because failure to transfer funds caused loss of field work, <br /> <br />3 <br />
