Recommen- <br />dations and proposed actions resulting from a professional <br />archeological survey should be included in considerations of <br />impacts upon cultural environmental values. <br /> <br />We suggest that you consult the state Liaison Officer <br />appointed by the Governor of Colorado for the National Re- <br />gister of Historic Places for archeological and historic <br />values of the area as they relate to the Historic Preservation <br />Act of 1966 (P.L. 89-665.1 <br /> <br />The State Liaison Officer for Colorado is Mr. Stephen H.
