A written report will be made of each inspectipn performed by or on behalf <br />of the participant(s), and 'participant(s) shall promptly provide such <br />report to the COC and SCS. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />TIME AND RESPONSIBILITY. <br /> <br />The Participant(s)' responsibility for operation and maintenance of the SRP's <br />shall run through the O&H agreement termination date as specified in <br />subparagraph I D above. It is understood that for that period:(i) the partici- <br />pant(s)' are obligated to operate and maintain each SRP required by the CRSC-2 <br />and each component of each such SRP and (ii) the participant(s), in addition to <br />any other obligation ,the' participants may have under this agreement,bear the ' <br />responsibility, to the extent required by 7 CFR Part 702, for the replacement of <br />SRPand components thereof when such replacement is needed f~r the effective <br />operation of any SRP. <br /> <br />VI. RECORDS. <br /> <br />The participant(s) will maintain in a central location, a record of all <br />inspections and significant actions taken with respect to the operation and <br />maintenance of the SRP's. These records shall be available to the COC or SCS <br />for review at any reasonable time during the time of this agreement. <br /> <br />~~~ VII. LIABILITY OF PARTICIPANTS. <br />~~W <br /> <br /> <br />Each undersigned Participant(s) represents and agrees that each such person is <br />jointly and severally responsible for (1) complying with the terms and <br />conditions of this agreement for the operation and maintenance of the SRP's <br />identified herein, and (2) refunding any and all payments made pursuant to the <br />CRSC-2 in the event there is a failure to comply with the terms and conditions <br />of this O&M agreement or CRSC-2 and applicable program regulations. <br /> <br />VIII.
