This O&H agreement shall be in effect through <br />(O&H Agreement termination date) which is years after the <br />termination date shown in item 7 on the front side of Form CRSC-2. If the <br />completion date of the installation of the SRP's is extended, the <br />termination date of this O&M agreement will be extended by the same length <br />of time. ' <br /> <br />~~:~k~~ <br />-;-; _.~-,,, <br />.;;..... <br /> <br />II. OBLIGATIONS. <br /> <br />A. The Participant(s) will: <br /> <br />1. Be responsible consistent with the O&M plan for operating and perform- <br />ing, or having performed, all needed maintenance of equipment or SRP's <br />installed or used in connection with the,SRP's required by the CRSC-2, <br />and without cost to USDA. The dut1es of the participant shall include <br />the replacement of the SRP's and any components thereof which have an <br />effective lifespan that ends before the end of the O&M agreement termi- <br />nation date as set forth in subparagraph I D above and any other costs <br />imposed upon the participants as specified in the provisions of 7 CFR <br />Part 702. <br /> <br />2. Obtain prior COC and SCS approval of all plans, designs, and <br />specifications for any alteration to the SRP's. <br /> <br />3. Prohibit the installation of any structure or facility that will <br />interfere with the operation or maintenance of the SRP's and correct <br />any other condition under their control that interferes with the <br />operation and maintenance of the SRP's. <br /> <br />!ti11~ <br />~~., <br /> <br />4. Notify the COC of any agreement to be entered into with other parties <br />for the operation or maintenance of all or any part of the project SRP's <br />and provide the COC and SCS promptly with a copy of any such agreement <br />signed by the Participant(s) and other parties. <br /> <br />5. Provide COC and SCS personnel free access to the CRSC SRP's at any <br />reasonable time for the purposes of carrying out the terms of the agree- <br />ment and ensuring compliance with this agreement andCRSC-2. <br /> <br />III. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PLAN (O&M PLAN). <br /> <br />5-13-87 <br /> <br />Amend. 1 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />An O&M plan on each SRP's included in this agreement has been attached to <br />and is a part of this agreement. <br /> <br />IV. INSPECTIONS AND REPORTS. <br /> <br />A. The participant(s) will inspect the SRP's as specified in the O&M plan. <br />SCS, in its discretion, may provide technical assistance in the operation, <br />maintenance, and replacement of SRP's. <br /> <br />B. The COC or SCS may, at any reasonable time during the period covered by <br />this agreement, inspect the SRP's, related equipment and appurtenances as ..r"" <br />well as the land in which any of the participants have an interest which ~~j <br />is benefited by the SRP's. <br />
