<br />participate in the management of recreation facilities and <br />wildlife lands. <br /> <br />COST SHARING <br /> <br />The Department of Interior required a cost-sharing agreement <br />between the project beneficiaries and the Federal government <br />to repay certain project costs. The parties to the <br />cost-sharing agreement are: the State of Colorado; Colorado <br />Water Resources and Power Development Authority; Montezuma <br />County, Colorado; Animas La Plata Water conservancy District; <br />New Mexico Interstate Stream commission; San Juan Water <br />commission, New Mexico; Southern ute Indian Tribe; ute <br />Mountain ute Indian Tribe; and the Department of the <br />Interior. Under terms of the agreement the Federal <br />government and non-Federal entities will finance the <br />construction of Phase 1.
