<br />Provisions were also made for repayment of new transit loss deficits to <br />Kansas. The reservoir was in a storage situation continually from <br />November I, 1979 until August 5, 1980. The Conservation Pool W<.:iS <br />emptied for the first time on April 19. but storage was immediately <br />declared again. Water was stored and released into accounts at the <br />inflow rate from April 22 Wltil May 2. when inflo\ll exceeded the <br />allowable release rate. Release rate from May 2 through August 5 was <br />determined by the 1980 Colorado.Kansas Storage Resolution. Three <br />short storage periods occurred. one each in August. September, and <br />October.
