<br />water to entities in Colorado and Kansas as are required by the <br />Secretary in the compilation and preparation of the annual <br />report of the Administration. <br />[ivl Further. the Assistant Secretary shall perform such other <br />duties as are usually imposed on such an officer and such as <br />may be assignt"d to him by the Secretary, these by-laws or the <br />Administration from time to time.
