<br /> C. <br />,~ <br />'.1 <br />~ <br />to <br />c:rJ <br /> D. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The water to be credited to the Highland and Ninemile accounts will <br />be treated as "Other Water" under Section III of Resolution Concerning <br />an Operating Plan for John Martin Reservoir (account system) and <br />subject to a 35 percent storoge charge. This storage charge will be <br />distributed according to the criteria in Section III.D. <br />The water credited to the accounts for the Highland and Ninemile Canal <br />Companies would be distributed on the basis of 60 percent to the High- <br />land account and 40 percent to the Ninemile occount. <br />E. The water credited to the accounts for the Highland and Ninemile Conal <br />Companies will be released ond used by exchange during the 1983 irri- <br />gation season. In the event that the volumes of water credited to <br />these occounts hove not been completely releosed by the end of compact <br />year 1983, then the volumes of water remaining in the accounts shall <br />become conservation storage. <br />Evaporation would be charged against the Highland and Ninemile <br />accounts for the time it actuolly is in storage. The Divisian Engineer <br />and the Compact Administration will employ the same formulas and <br />procedures for these calculations as are employed for the other accounts. <br />I\o/".~ 110 <br />During the DecBl'Fll.er 15, 1982 through March 15, 1983 time period, <br />the Highland and the Ninemile Conol Companies may divert water for <br />direct irrigatIon. The volumes of- any.such diversions would be measured, <br />recorded, and accounted os if it had been measured at the gouging stotion <br />on the Purgatoire River near Las Animas. The volumes of credit water <br />in accounts for the Highland and Ninemile Canal Companies shall be <br />reduced by amounts equal to any diversions for direct irrigation during <br />this time period. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />"I .
