Based on their evaluation of the written proposals and oral interview, the Selection Committee will rank the three fmns and recommend to the CWCB that contract negotiations be initiated with the most highly ranked firm. e 3. The final ranking of the top three fmns will be based upon their written proposal and their oral interviews. 4. Contract negotiations will then be initiated with the highest ranked fum. If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated, negotiations with the second qualified fum will be initiated, and so on. Selection Committee - The Selection Committee will consist of the Executive Director of the DNR, or his representative, the Director of the CWCB, the State Engineer and two members of the CWCB.
