The actual diversion <br />was 56,087 acre-feet as measured at the outlet portal of ~les H. <br />Boustead Turmel. There 'o\\'rre <br />no rep1acemant releases made for out of priority project diversion. <br />Diversions ended before a senior call was made. <br /> <br />C. TurquOise Lake <br /> <br />On September 30, 1979, there \\'ere 105,182 acre-feet in storage in Turquoise <br />Lake. Of this total, 15,098 acre-feet \\'ere owned by CF&I Steel Corporation, <br />with the remainder belonging to the ;Fl:yingpan-Arkansas Project and other <br />entities oontracting for project storage space. <br /> <br />We stored 12,613 acre-feet of water for the H:mestake Project for <br />regulation in TurquOise Lake. <br /> <br />CF&I Steel Corporation exercised its option for an additional 10,000 <br />acre-feet of storage in Turquoise under the tenus and o::>nditions of the <br />Turquoise Lake acquisition oontract. CF&I's oontro1 of the additional <br />storage becan-e effective April 1, 1979. The City of Pueblo utilized <br />their interim storage contract to store tranSlTOuntain diversions through <br />Wurtz, Ewing, and Columbine Ditch in the system and stored 932 acre-feet <br />in Pueblo Reservoir. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3 <br />
