Identification of Alternatives <br /> <br /> <br />The contractor will prepare a listing of alternatives <br /> <br /> <br />to the existing legal system, either modifications of the <br /> <br /> <br />present system or wholly new approaches, which have been <br /> <br /> <br />proposed from various sources, e.~.. legislative proposals, <br /> <br /> <br />past and present; federal agencies; planning organizations; <br /> <br /> <br />groups of public land users; legal and public land management <br /> <br /> <br />commentators, and other reputable sources. The list shculd <br /> <br /> <br />also include any other possible alternatives which the contractor <br /> <br /> <br />may feel are appropr.iate for Commission consideration in light <br /> <br /> <br />of his review of the existing system. <br /> <br /> <br />This listing is to be provided to the Commission as soon <br /> <br /> <br />as possible, but no later than when review of the existing <br /> <br /> <br />system is completed and prior to the contractor initiating the <br /> <br />~ I <br /> <br />3~6~ <br />
