<br />Compact and the orders of the Administration. A new area capacity
<br />table for John Martin Reservoir was issued by the Army Corps of
<br />Engineers and put into effect August 12, 1981.

<br />8. Water Supply, Reservoir Operations and Hydrologic Data.
<br />Reservoir operations at John Martin followed the operating plan adopted
<br />by the Compact Administration on April 24, 1980. This operating plan was
<br />revised on May 10, 1984 and December II, 1984 but has not been revised
<br />since that time. Accordingly, a system of water storage accounts exists in
<br />John Martin Reservoir into which reservoir inflows are distributed for
<br />release at a later date. Operations during compact year 1987 are described
<br />below.
