and that they be consistent with and supportive of the salinity control program's activities.

The Council requests that the USEP A report on its efforts to approve the 2002 Review as submitted
by each oftbe seven basin states. The Council requests written responses to all matters raised in this
repon concerning the USEPA by April 15, 2003.
