TO THE RIO GRANDE COMPACT COMMISSIONERS

February 27,1998

The Engineer Advisers to the Rio Grande Compact Commissioners have reviewed the

streamflow and reservoir storage records and other pertinent data and have determined the scheduled

and actual deliveries, and release of usable water during calendar year 1997.

As determined by the Engineer Advisers from New Mexico and Texas, the scheduled and

actual deliveries, and release of usable water for the year 1997 are summarized as follows:

(a) Deliveries by Colorado at the Stateline:
