The Board's support is important in convincing the U.S. <br />Bureau of Reclamation to continue to work with Aqua-Chern in refining financial feasibility <br />of the project. The Salinity Control Forum will continue to look to Colorado to take the lead <br />on development of this project, and a formal expression of support from the Board (which <br />is the lead salinity agency for the State), will help establish Colorado's level of commitment. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Adopt the attached resolution of support at this time and remain open to future <br />consideration of financial participation in the project. <br /> <br />EIJ jbj <br /> <br />5d.mar <br />
