At the tail- <br />race of the Welten Powerplant water would bo diverted 7-1/2 miles <br />through fi canal along the west side of the Hucrfano Valley to the <br />Huerfano Powerplnnt on tho Arknnsas River south of B0ono. The tail. <br />raoo of that plant would diachnrgo into tho hrknnsas River abovo the <br />headgato of the Coloraco Canal. Water from the systom accruing to the <br />existing rights on the [>rknnsas River and wcter fram the project for <br />land along the lower river would be suppliod at that p0int.
