(M.P. had already <br />been delayed 11 mos.) More realistic time <br />frame & addition of field-level review. <br />2/27/81-Ltr from GJ slipped Lower Gunnison <br />appendix dates. <br />3/10/81-Phone call ok'd doing field-level <br />review on W.Q. projects same time as Wash/ <br />E&RC reviews. <br />3/19/81-RD's Itr ok'd Lower Gunnison appendix <br />changes & Slipped report 2 mos. <br /> <br />8/6/79 slipped 9 mos. Because of lack of <br />personnel, the project office did not send a <br />letter requesting designs to E&RC soon enough. <br />Also, plan may change capacity. On 8/10/79 <br />design data was sent to E&RC & regional office <br />by Grand Junction. <br />6/4/80-Grand Junction requested change to <br />conform to ney review guidelines. <br />12/80-Changed to Concluding Report-same <br />deadline. <br />7/23/79-Because of lack of personnel in field <br />office, MOP team not organized on schedule <br />and Recommended Plan not selected on time. <br />Also, need for additional data collection <br />below Glen Canyon reo fish habitat, etc. <br />2/14/80-Ltr approved extending study 10 mos. <br />more. More realistic time frame. <br />2/l3/8l-Ltr from Durango requested extending <br />study 3 mos. Approved by ltr of 3/4/81 from <br />RD.
