September 1 , 1977, filed application, Serial No. Colo. 25845 for the <br /> <br /> <br />withdrawal of approximately 1,226.52 acres of public lands from all <br /> <br />forms of appropriation under the public land laws, including the mining <br /> <br />laws but not the mineral leasing laws. <br /> <br />The Bureau of Reclamation desires these lands for construction <br /> <br />of a portion of the McPhee Reservoir, Dolores Project. <br />For the period of 30 days from the date of publication of this <br />notice, all persons who wish to submit comments suggestions, or objec- <br /> <br />r~ <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />tions in connection with the proposed withdrawal may present their views <br /> <br />in writing to the undersigned authorized officer of the Bureau of land <br /> <br />Management. <br /> <br />Pursuant to section 204{h) of the Federal Land Policy and <br /> <br />Management Act of 1976, notice is hereby given that an opportunity for <br /> <br /> <br />a public hearing is afforded in connection with the proposed withdrawal.. <br /> <br /> <br />All interested persons who desire to be heard on the proposed withdrawal <br /> <br />must submit a written request for a hearing to the State Director, CO-946 <br /> <br /> <br />Bureau of Land Management, Room 700, Colorado State Bank Building, 1600 <br /> <br />Broadway, Denver, CO 80202, on or before October 25, 1977.
