<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />As I've been summarizing and comparing the results of some of our studies for <br />you, I've tried to emphasize that the PRS sets the revenue requirements, <br />based on specific criteria of law and policy, and that the increased costs <br />that we've experienced make the proposed rate adjustments necessary. In the <br />process, a few of the many assumptions that must be made in these studies <br />have been pointed out. <br /> <br />There are other people here this morning who are prepared to provide you with <br /> <br /> <br />additional information about the assumptions that were necessary to project <br /> <br /> <br />all the revenues and costs in the FY 1981 PRS. <br /> <br />Two members of the Salt Lake City Area Office staff, Wayne Cheney, a <br />hydraulic engineer, and Vern Jorgensen, who is the Director of Rates, will <br />conclude the presentation of information from Western. Wayne Cheney will now <br />talk about water studies, and how they are used for the PRS. <br /> <br />15 <br />
