<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Power revenues must also pay the annual storage units irrigation OM&R <br />costs that are not paid by revenues from municipal and industrial <br />water users (M&I revenues). <br /> <br />The capital investment allocated to power must be repaid, with <br />interest, within 50 years. <br /> <br />The capital investment of the storage units which is allocated to <br />irrigation must be repaid, without interest, within 50 years. Power <br />revenues must make those payments except for that which is paid by <br />M&I revenues. <br /> <br />And finally, within 50 years plus development periods, the power <br />revenues must repay, without interest, the irrigation investments of <br />participating projects that are beyond the ability of the water users <br />to pay, except for that paid by the storage units M&I revenues. <br /> <br />Each year revenues are first used to pay annual O&M expenses. Included in <br />these expenses are all the costs of the salinity control features <br />(amortization, OM&R); wheeling expenses; the cost of energy purchases; and <br />miscellaneous expenses. The revenues are then used to pay interest expenses. <br /> <br />12 <br />
