Reclamation is committed to employee excellence <br />and creating a work environment conducive to productivity and <br />innovation. This commitment to human resources development <br />and management includes initiatives for strengthening <br />Reclamation's ability to retain and attract top-quality personnel, <br />for enhancing the development of its employees and future <br />managers, and for valuing diversity in its workforce. <br /> <br />Reclamation programs and activities must be conducted in a <br />fiscally responsible, cost effective manner with high priority on <br />effectiveness and quality.
