Encourage and facilitate research partnerships among <br />Government laboratories, the private sector, and universities to <br />develop and improve technology to deal with growing demands <br />on natural resources. Establish a cost-shared Cooperative <br />Research and Technology Center to develop and exchange <br />technical information on water and related environmental <br />resources. <br /> <br />. Apply Reclamation's scientific and technological expertise and <br />resources, in cooperatiori with others, to the development and <br />technology transfer of new concepts and "Best Management <br />Practices" in the areas of resource management, development, <br />and protection. <br /> <br />.
