<br />There should be no overlapping of market area <br /> <br />boundaries for CRSP resources and other Colorado River <br /> <br />resources marketed by the Boulder City Area. <br /> <br />The market area should be defined as stated in the <br />Colorado River Compact, including the total drainage <br />basin, not just the Northern Oivi sion. <br /> <br />The market area should be expanded to include all of <br />the SLCA, including west Texas, and all of the Boulder <br />Ci ty Area, i nc ludi ngsouthern Ca 1 iforni a. <br /> <br />The market area should be limited to the Upper Basin <br />States of Colorado" New Mexico, Utah, and Wyomi ng when <br />existing contracts terminate. <br /> <br />The Southern Division should be eliminated from the <br />market area in 1999. <br /> <br />The Southern Division should not be eliminated from the <br />market area. <br /> <br />The portion of California presently in the market area <br />should not be deleted. <br /> <br />The portion of California presently in the market area <br />should be deleted. <br /> <br />The market area for new customers should include all of <br />the Northern Division. <br /> <br />82 <br />
