The breaks were repaired Bnd water was <br />being diverted by June 18. The river flow lasted until June 26 and <br />enabled compleUon ot run 1. Water again became available on July 18 <br />but lasted onty ODe day. River flow Increased again and diversions <br />were beRun on July 28. This water lasted until August 6, but fluctuat- <br />ed wildly from over 600 eta down to le&8 than 30 cts. Water WAS again <br />Bva1lable on Aug. 13 and continued to be available Intermittently Un- <br />til Sept. SO.
