This Statement was prepared in accordance with the appropriate <br />provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act. This Statement was <br />transmitted to the Environmental Protection Agency and made available to <br />the general public today. <br /> <br />-I' <br /> <br />As stated in the enclosed letter from the Secretary of Agriculture, John <br />Block, to the President, Mr. Block concluded that based on the results of <br />the Spruce Creek Study and the comments resulting from public involvement, <br />the area should be classified as wilderness.
