The I/B.mile management zone should be eliminated in the <br />western portion of the monument and the area added to the <br />wilderness unit. <br /> <br />2. The three IO-acre enclaves and the two trail corridors into <br />the canyon are unnecessary and represent encroachments on the <br /> <br />1B <br />
