<br />summer months does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit (900F); <br />c. the development of irrigation waters in such a manner so that the <br />sodium-absorption ratio does not exceed 15 and the specific <br />conductance does not exceed 750 micromhos; <br />d. the plugging of abandoned wells and control of seepage areas through <br />which mineralized waters can pollute supplies of useable surface and <br />underground waters; <br /> <br />e. the disposal of all brines in a manner such that they will not <br /> <br />pollute supplies of useable surface and. underground waters; <br />f. the reasonable freedom of water courses from toxic substances and <br />oils; and <br />g. the proper treatment and release of sewage and industrial wastes in <br />accordance with the assimilation capacities of thoae water courses <br />into which wastes are discharged. <br />MINNESOTA <br />It is the policy of the State to provide for the prevention, control, and <br />abatement of pollution of all waters of the State, so far as feasible and <br />practical, in furtherance of conservation of such waters and protection of the <br />public health and in furtherance of the development of the economic welfare of <br />the State. <br />No sewage or other matter that will impair the healthfulness of water <br />shall be deposited where it will fall or drain into any pond or stream used as <br />a source of water supply for domestic use. <br />MISSOURI <br />Protect, maintain, and improve the quality of the waters of Missouri. <br />Objectives: <br />a.
