002580 . . ARTICLE VI. Reports. Special Studies anli Recommendations Section A. . Annual Reports 1. Annual reports shall be prepared on a fiscal~year basis by the Executive Subcommittee in accordance with an outline approved by.:the main Committee. Section B. Quarterly Reports 1. Quarterly reports shall be prepared by each Federal agency and each State, and shall be distributed to Committee members and alternates 15 days prior to each Committee meeting. Dup- licate copie s shall be fu rnished to the Executive Secretary. one of which shall be .forwarded to Secretary. Inter-Agency Committee on Water Resources. 2. Quarterly reports shall contain a review of the respective Department and State activities which are of interest to others on the Committee. 3. Quarterly reports shall not be included as part of the minutes of a regular meeting. Each agency and State shall be responsible for the distribution of its own report. Section C. Special Reports 1. Special reports prepared by the Committee or any of its sub- divisions shall be appropriately bound and transmitted by the' respective secretaries to the next higher echelon. 2. Cop ie s of spec ial reports prepared by the Committee shall be furnished to each member and alternate and to each agency and/or State in an amount previously specified. Copies shall be forwarded to the Inter-Agency Committee on Water Resources. SectionD. Subcommittee Reports 1. Reports of technical subcommittees shall be prepared in a number previously determined to satisfy the needs of the Com- mittee. and a.t least two (2) copies shall be ~ransmitted to the Chairman for Committee files. Other copies of the report are to be furnished to the Committee in such numbers and for such distribution as may be required or as the Committee may direct. 6
