<br />38 REPORT OF COLORADO RIVER COMMISSION OF NEVADA <br /> <br />321.460 Eldo~ado V,alley development fund: Creation; use of <br />moneys. <br />1. 'l'here is hereby created in the state .treasury, for use of the <br />Colorado River commission of Nevada in carrying out the provisions <br />of -NRS 321.390 to 321.470, inclusive, a trust fund to be known as <br />the Eldorado Valley development fund. <br />2. None of the moneys in such fund shall be used for any purpose <br />other than to acquire the land described in NRS 32.1.410 and to carry <br />out the provisions of NRS 321.450. . <br />3. Moneys in the Eldorado. Valley development fund shall he paid <br />out on claims against such fund a,s other claims against the state <br />afC paid, after such claims have been approved by the commission. <br />4. The commission shall budget and pay claims for premiums for <br />industrial insurance provided for members or the advisory group, <br />including claims for unpaid premiums due- and owing to the Nevada <br />industrial commission. <br />(Added to NRS by 1957, 396; A 1965, 82) <br /> <br />321.470 Receipts credited to Eldorado V-alley development fund; <br />reimbursements to general fund. <br />1. Any moneys received by the commission in connection with <br />thc development or disposition of any lands described in NRS 321.410 <br />shall forthwith be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the <br />Eldorado Valley development fund. <br />2. Immediately following any s\leh deposit, the state controller <br />and the state treasurer shall transfer the amount of such deposit to <br />the g-cneral fund until such time as such transfers have resulted in <br />complete reimbursement to. the general fund for all moneys thereto- <br />fore appropriated from the general fund to the Eldorado Valley <br />development fund. <br />(Added to NRS by 1957, 396) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PUBLIC LAW 85-339 <br />85TH CONGRIilSS, S. 1568 <br />MARCH 6, 1958 <br />(The Eldorado Valley Act) <br /> <br />AN ACT <br /> <br />To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain public, lands in the <br />State of Nevada to the Colorado River Commission of Nevada acting for <br />the State of Nevada. <br /> <br />(Approved March 6, 1958, Amended October 10, 1962.] <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the Senate amd:H07<se of Representatives of the <br />United States of AmM'ica in Congress assembled, That, as used in this <br />Act- <br />(a) The term "Secretary" shaH mean the Secretary of the Interior. <br />(b) The term "Commission" shall mean the Oolorado River Com- <br />mission of the State of Nevada. <br />(c) The term "State" shaH mean the State of Nevada. <br />(d) The term "transfer area" shall mean all lands or interests in <br />lands owned by the United States and located within the exterior <br />boundaries of the area described in section 2 of this Act. <br /> <br />J <br />
