As such he will have ultimate <br />responsibility for the quality and timeliness of all work effort and work products. He will <br />supervise the scheduling of project work tasks and the production of project deliverables <br />and will be the principal point of contact at Hydrosphere for all client communications. <br />He will also provide technical expertise in Gunnison River basin hydrology and water <br />management practices. <br /> <br />Mr. Udall will serve as Project Engineer for development of the Planning Model. He <br />will be responsible for the overall program design and for programming of the simulation <br />component of the Planning Model. <br /> <br />Mr. Haines will serves as Systems Programmer for the project. He will be <br />responsible for development of detailed programming specifications and testing and for <br />design and programming of the user interface component of the Planning Model. <br /> <br />An organizational chan depicting the roles and relative responsibilities of project <br />personnel is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Coordination and Reporting <br /> <br />The Sponsors Committee, comprised of representatives of the major water user and <br />water management organizations in the basin, will provide technical oversight on the <br />project. The Sponsors Committee will provide guidance to Hydrosphere on all major <br />project decisions, will review all major intermediate work products, and will provide final, <br />formal acceptance of the completed Planning Model and documentation. It is expected that <br />Hydrosphere and the Sponsors Committee will meet on a regular basis throughout the <br />course of the project. Meetings with the Sponsors Committee may be held in a variety of <br />locations, including the offices of Hydrosphere. <br /> <br />The Public Focus Group ("PFG"), comprised of various panies and members of the <br />public having an interest in Gunnison River basin water resources planning issues, will <br />provide the Sponsors Committee and Hydrosphere with general guidance as to the needs <br />of potential model users and with comments on various aspects of the project as it <br />progresses. The PFG will provide a needed perspective on model requirements and <br />operation. It is expected that the PFG will be consulted most heavily during the initial <br />design phases of the project. All PFG meetings will be held in the Gunnison River basin. <br /> <br />A preliminary schedule of key Sponsors Committee and PFG meetings is presented <br />below. The precise timing of these meetings is subject to change as the work progresses. <br />
