Final Scope of Services! Planning Model

The contract for engineering services between the River District
and Hydrosphere Resource Consultants, Inc. has been signed.
Enclosed for your use is the final version of the Scope of Services for
development of the Planning Model as defined in our Memorandum
of Understanding.

Our next Sponsors Committee meeting is scheduled for
10:00am on February 19, 1992 at the Tri-County Water Conservancy
District offices in Montrose. Hydrosphere will be outlining their
approach to the Needs Analysis subtask and identifying in-kind service
contributions from the project sponsors.
