San Juan County, <br />New Mexico, and San Juan County, Utah. <br /> <br />The San Juan River and its 1 OO-year floodplain from the State <br />Route 371 Bridge in T.29N., R.13W., section 17 (New Mexico <br />Meridian) to Neskahai Canyon in the San Juan arm of Lake powell <br />in T.41 S., R.11 E., section 26 (Salt Lake Meridian) up to the full <br />pool elevation. <br /> <br />Razorback sucker (Xvrauchen texanus) <br /> <br />Critical habitat within the San Juan River for the razorback sucker from <br />the Hogback Diversion Dam located downstream from Farmington, New <br />Mexico, to Neskahai Canyon. San Juan County, New Mexico, and San <br />Juan County, Utah. <br /> <br />The San Juan River and its 1 OO-year floodplain from the Hogback <br />Diversion in T.29N., R. 16W., section 9 (New Mexico Meridian) to <br />the full pool elevation at the mouth of Neskahai Canyon on the <br />San Juan arm of Lake Powell in T.41 S., R. 11 E., section 26 (Salt <br />Lake Meridian). <br /> <br />Southwestern willow flycatcher (Emoidonax trailii extimus) <br /> <br />B.
