working on studies relating to Flaming Gorge and the Aspinall Unit.
The work consisted of attending quarterly meeting of the Flaming
gorge and Aspinall unit work groups to provide input on flow needs
and accounting for water released for endangered fish. Other
activities included working with the Bureau of Reclamation to
schedule spring peaks and coordinate studies dependent on specific
release patterns. Water Resources also was involved in the
negotiation of a contract to provide water to and past the Redlands
Diversion.

VII. Recommendations: The work provided is, for the most part, in support
of other research projects or activities such as water rights
acquisition, flow quantification, and habitat restoration which have
a direct impact on the recovery of the Colorado River endangered
fish. Further quantification of the success of many of the
activities is difficult because most of the activities are long-term
in nature.

VIII.
