PROPOSED FIRM POWER RATE Based on data available as of August 1989, an Integrated Projects PRS showed that the existing rate would not provide sufficient revenues to repay the costs assigned to power within the required period. A revised PRS was then prepared to determine the power rates needed to assure the timely payment of all revenue obligations assigned to the power function. The revised PRS shows that an energy rate of 6.64 mills/kWh and a capacity rate of $2.82/kW-month, effective October 1, 1990, would meet revenue requirements.
